Appropriate use:
- Initial phase: four capsules a day for two months, with a little water.
- Maintenance phase: two capsules a day.
- There is no limit to how long you can take it.
Usual precautions:
Food supplements should not be used as a replacement of a balanced diet. Daily recommended intakes should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children. Not for use to children under the age of 18 years. Products with astaxanthin should not be consumed by infants, children and adolescents younger than 14 years. Do not consume other food supplements containing astaxanthin on the same day.
